- All That Glitters, A twinkling diamond light curtain transforms the Ballroom into a starry night. A 40-foot-wide, art-deco skyline backs the stage surrounded by boxwood hedges illuminated with miniature white lights. An elegant five-course meal awaits your guests. Fine wine and champagne will complement the special selection that our Executive Chef and you create to set the mood for this celebratory evening. - Speak Easy, Return to the era of Prohibition on the California coast, when Rumrunners and the like took to the local hidden coves and beaches of Half Moon Bay, providing the spirits that kept San Francisco soaring during these dry years. Upon entering the Cotton Club, they will be entertained by music and dancing from a bygone era, harkening back to a long ago time and place on the historic California coast.

Learn about the unbelievable world of big wave surfing with photos and stories of the "Men who ride Mountains." An authentic surf shack serves as one of many food stations with surfboards, local flowers and palm trees. Guests will savor the freshest local seafood complemented by produce from the Northern California coast.
